Program:

Arrive in Beijing. Visit Tiananmen Square and Summer Palace. Evening enjoy Peking Duck Dinner. Overnight at hotel.

Excursion to the Greatwall of Mutianyu, one of the most spectacular and least visited. Cable car up and down. View of Olympic Games and the water Cube. Overnight in hotel.

Visit Purple Forbidden City, the largest imperial palace all over the world; then Hutong, the old residence of local habitants by pedicab; and Temple of Heaven. Enjoy a lunch in local families. Overnight in hotel.

Take the bullet train to Xi'an. welcomed by guide and driver in the railway station. Visit Small Wild Goose pagoda- the city emblem, which was first built in Tang Dynasty for the storage of Buddhist scriptures taken from India by Monk Xuanzang. Then visit the Xi'an City Wall, the best-kept and biggest city walls in China. Visit the big mosque and walk in hui area.Overnight in hotel.

After breakfast at hotel, visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum which is one of the most important archaeological finds in the 20th century; an army of terra-cotta warriors and the bronze chariots entombed in vast underground vaults at emperor Qin's tomb since 2200 year ago. Flight to Guilin in the afternoon. Arrival at Guilin, welcome and transfer to hotel. Overnight in hotel.

Breakfast in hotel. Then drive 2 and half hours to Longji (Dragon's Backbone) Terrace rice which looks like great chains or ribbons as they wind from the foot to the top of the hill. You can see different features of rice terrace in Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter and it is one of the most astounding in China. You will find nice wooden houses, long hair women with colorful clothes, heavy, silver hat and earrings, customs and lifestyle. Overnight in Hotel.

Notes:  You have to trek to the top from parking lot through narrow flagstones for about 1 hour.

Breakfast in hotel. Transfer to the pier. 4 hours Li River cruise to Yangshuo with lunch on board, you will feast your eyes with the reflection of fantastic peaks with various shapes, crystal clear water, green hills, bamboo groves, the river passes an endless procession of distinct peaks and bamboo groves and the stunning landscape.  Disembark at Yangshuo about 2 pm, roam in famous West Street. In the evening, enjoy the Sister Liu's performance on the Li river. Overnight in Hotel.

Explore Yangshuo villages, you will see beautiful limestone karst towering peaks, rice paddies, bamboo groves, local's custom and lifestyle.  Visit the Moon Hill, climb up to the top of the hill via the stone stairways to see the panoramic view of Yangshuo, then visit beautiful Yulong River. Drive to the airport and flight to Shanghai. Overnight in Hotel.

Visit the Yu Garden, which used to be a private garden with 400 years' history. It features traditional architectural style of Yangtze Delta. Then walk at the Bund, Shanghai's famous waterfront to see new-erect modern skyscrapers and aged buildings of the colonial period. Visit Nanjing Road , the busiest shopping street in Shanghai. Enjoy the Shanghai Acrobatics show at night. Overnight at hotel.

After breakfast, visit the Shanghai Museum which is famous for the collection of more than 120,000 rare cultural pieces. Then drive to the water village – Zhujiajiao , which is a canal town . The town features beautiful waterways, arched stone bridges, ancient streets paved with stones, and more than 10,000 houses dating back to Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties. Drive back to Shanghai. Take a boat and make a cruise on Huangpu River. Drive to the airport and flight to the next destination.
