ITINERARY FOR 06 NIGHTS NAIROBI PACKAGE
23 Jan 2023 – Arrival in Nairobi
Met on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi and transfer to Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences – Nairobi Arboretum (5*) or Villa Rosa Kempinski Nairobi (5*), where you are booked on Bed and breakfast basis. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be briefed on the rest of the days programme.
24 Jan 2023 - Nairobi (with National Museum, Nairobi City Tour & Eye of Kenya tour)
Breakfast and at 0930 hrs, commence the days’ Excursions buy visiting the National Museum of Kenya. The National Museum houses extensive ornithological collections, animals and ethnographic displays of various tribes in Kenya. Visitors will be able to observe exhibits of fossil from Lake Turkana, geological displays, rock arts from Tanzania and exhibits about topics such as Swahili and Asian culture in Kenya and Masai Mara Wildlife.
At 1130 hrs, enjoy a Nairobi City tour. Nairobi is the largest city between Cairo and Johannesburg. Although the "Green City in the Sun" is relatively young by world standards, it has a fascinating history and many equally fascinating people have settled here over the years, each leaving their mark on the city in some way. You'll pass by modern day Nairobi landmarks like: the Law courts, Parliament Buildings, and the uniquely shaped Kenyatta International Conference Centre and perhaps pick up a few bargains at the colourful Masai Market.
Lunch on own arrangement and then conclude the days excursions by visiting the Two Rivers Mall for Shopping and outdoor entertainment at the Two Rivers Mall’s Funscapes Theme Park. Two Rivers Mall sits on circa 67,000 sqm and is the largest shopping center in SSA (outside of SA) with over 200 stores offering local and international experiences. Besides shopping, you will spend the day having fun at the Funscapes Theme Park, Magic Planet and the Skate Park.
The entertainment includes a ride on Africa’s largest Ferris Wheel, which offers riders incredible panoramic views of the Kenyan capital. Dubbed ‘Eye of Kenya’, the 60-metre-tall amusement park-style attraction, consists of 40 fully enclosed air-conditioned cabins each sitting up to six passengers who are taken 60 metres above the ground in safety and comfort of the full circle ride. The Ferris Wheel rotates slowly but constantly, allowing riders to get on and off without stopping. The ride takes about 17 minutes.

26 Jan 2023 – Nairobi (with Full Day Nairobi National Park, Elephant Orphanage and Giraffe Center tour)
At 0830 hrs, pick up from your designated location in Nairobi to commence the days excursions with a tour of the Nairobi National Park. Nairobi National Park was Kenya's first National Park. It is a unique and unspoilt wildlife haven within sight of the city's skyline. Rhino, buffalo, cheetah, zebra, giraffe, lion and plenty of antelopes and gazelles can be seen roaming in this open plains country with a section of highland forest as well as stretches of broken bush country, deep, rocky valleys and gorges with scrub and long grass. The park is an Ornithologists catch, with over 300 bird species including the Secretary bird, crowned cranes, vultures, peckers and many more.
At 1030 hrs, proceed to Daphne Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, which is located on a plot inside the Nairobi National Park. Sheldrick animal orphanage is the first to successfully hand rear orphaned infant elephants and return them to the elephant community in the National Parks when grown. Orphaned by poachers and natural causes, infant elephants face certain death and can only survive the trauma if adopted and nurtured until they can be independent. The orphaned animals at Sheldrick animal orphanage are given 24 hours care by their keepers who became their replacement family. Sheldrick Animal orphanage is a heart-warming experience that should not be missed. It is open for visitors strictly between 11 am and 12noon when the orphans are enjoying their habitual mad bath.
Lunch on own arrangements and then conclude the days excursion with a visit to the Giraffe Center. Giraffe Centre was established in an attempt to save the endangered Rothschild giraffe. The Rothschild giraffe had lost its natural habitat in western Kenya due sub-division and resettlement and only 130 Rothschild giraffe were remaining. The Giraffe Centre is home for about 14 resident Rothschild giraffes. At the Giraffe Centre, you will be able to hand feed, observe and even kiss the friendly Rothschild giraffes. Visitors at the Giraffe Centre get a chance to come into close contact with these remarkable, graceful animals.
Thereafter, drop off back at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences – Nairobi Arboretum (5*) or Villa Rosa Kempinski Nairobi (5*), where you are booked on Bed and breakfast basis.

28 Jan 2023 – Nairobi (with Full day Great Rift Valley tour)
Breakfast and then drive towards the Great Rift Valley with a brief stop at the Great Rift Valley view point for great picture opportunities. The Great Rift Valley is geologic phenomena, which divides Kenya neatly down the length of the country essentially separating east from west. Today's Rift Valley is characterized by uninhabitable desert and fertile farmland, flat arid plains, steep escarpments and 07 lakes in Kenya. Descend to the floor of the Rift Valley and proceed to arrive at Lake Naivasha. Enjoy a boat ride on the Lake to explore its abundant birdlife and large Hippo families.
Thereafter, enjoy a game drive in Hells Gate National Park. This is a unique park where walking is done in the middle of wildlife. Giraffes, zebras, warthogs and many types of gazelles are found here. Picnic lunch will be served at the Rangers post. Besides a variety of wildlife the Park also provides unusual flora and many species of birds and is one of the two only kenyan parks where climbing, walking and biking are allowed. Covered by ashes from the Longonot eruption which occured 100 years ago, the park is famous for its geothermal station and spectacular sceneries (cliffs, volcanoes, geothermal steam).
At 1400 hrs, visit Kengen Olkaria Geothermal Spa – enjoy lunch with a soft drink before swimming in the naturally heated pool. The Ol Karia Spa is the largest natural Spa in the continent; making KenGen the first ever company to optimize the use of geothermal resources by creating an alternative income generation project other than power generation. The water in the spa is all natural; there are no artificial additives or treatments done to it. Wet steam (known as Brine) is brought in by pipes and is allowed to cool before being released into the pool.
At 1700 hrs., drive back to Nairobi where you will be dropped off at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences – Nairobi Arboretum (5*) or Villa Rosa Kempinski Nairobi (5*), where you are booked on Bed and breakfast basis.

Breakfast followed by leisure (check out time is 1000 hrs) till time for transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight arrangements.
