Refund Policy

We stand behind our service and your satisfaction with it is important to us.

  • Refunds: If a customer who books a tour through Shushantravels.com cancels and requests a refund within nine  full days from the moment they have paid either the deposit only or have paid in full, Shushan World Travels  will refund the booking, no questions asked.
  • After nine (9) days: No refunds for tour payments are offered after nine days through Shushan World Travels. Please ensure you are going to make the trip as booking is non refundable after 9days of paying the deposit.
  • Refunds for apparel: Refund requests for any apparel item purchased will have to be directly handled through Shushan Travel Shop.

Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive the reply within 3 working days, please call the office immediately. We will not be responsible if email or mail fail to reach us.

NOTE: It would take at least minimum of 10 to 15 days to process the refund (if due). All Refunds are strictly exclusive of flight ticket.
